Overview

Müller Expo partnered with Seequent and New Zealand representatives to deliver a shared 20x30 trade show booth for World Geothermal Congress 2026 in Calgary, Alberta.

This project marked the first time both organizations co-exhibited under a unified “New Zealand Strong” presence. The objective was to create a cohesive and visually seamless exhibit that reflected both brands equally while reinforcing New Zealand’s leadership in geothermal innovation on the global stage.

Working closely with both teams, Müller Expo helped develop a unified design approach that allowed each organization to maintain its identity while ensuring the overall booth flowed as a single, connected experience.

Booth Concept & Design Approach

The 20x30 exhibit was designed as a shared space, divided evenly between Seequent and New Zealand partners while maintaining a consistent architectural and visual language across the entire booth.

Key elements included:

  • Overhead hanging sign providing strong visibility and unified branding across the show floor
  • Balanced 20x30 layout split between both exhibiting partners
  • Seamless design integration ensuring both brands felt connected, not separated
  • Custom meeting areas for client engagement and partner discussions
  • Shared hospitality and networking zones to encourage collaboration
  • Consistent flooring, finishes, and architectural detailing across both spaces

The design emphasized flow and cohesion, ensuring attendees experienced the booth as one unified New Zealand presence rather than two separate exhibitors.

Collaboration & Execution

This project required close coordination between Seequent, the New Zealand delegation, and Müller Expo to ensure brand alignment, layout approval, and rapid execution ahead of the show.

Our team worked directly with both stakeholders to refine the layout, align branding standards, and ensure all structural and design elements supported the shared vision. Special attention was given to maintaining consistency in materials, graphics, and spatial planning across both sides of the booth.

The hanging sign and shared architectural framework played a key role in tying the entire exhibit together visually and structurally.
