Overview
C-Weed, a major player in the seaweed and marine biotech sector, was introduced to Müller Expo by one of our Canadian partners organizing the event. As the headline sponsor of the 25th International Seaweed Symposium, C-Weed needed a booth that would stand out and reflect their leadership position in the industry.
The event organizer’s internal build capabilities were limited for the level of customization required, so they turned to us for a full turnkey solution—delivered on a tight timeline.
Goals & Requirements
The goal was to deliver a custom-built exhibit that aligned with C-Weed’s brand and sponsorship status. Within a tight budget, the client required:
- A bold, custom-branded booth that could be built quickly
- Integrated AV, including screen displays for digital presentations
- Custom graphics, counters, and modular booth structure
- Flooring and full service coordination, including electrical, shipping, and venue compliance
Challenges
The biggest challenge? We had just 4 weeks from concept to install.
Additional hurdles included:
- Remote location: Shipping to Victoria, BC can be expensive and limited for exhibit booth builders
- Limited setup window: Only 4 hours were allowed for installation
- Need to remain on budget while delivering a premium, sponsor-level experience
Execution
Müller Expo successfully designed and delivered:
- 33 fully constructed trade show exhibits
- A mix of standard 10X10 and 10X20 booths, along with a few custom 20X20 builds
- Clean, modern aesthetics with branded graphics tailored to each exhibitor
The installation was completed without issue, and all exhibitors were set up well before show opening. Both the organizers and individual exhibitors expressed high satisfaction with the process and final result.
