Overview
Müller Expo was contracted by five exhibitors to design and build custom booths for the PDAC event held in Toronto, Ontario from March 1-4 2026. Each exhibitor required a fully custom trade show booth representing leading companies in the mining industry. Our scope included full design, fabrication, shipping, on-site installation, and dismantle services.
Our team of six local technicians managed the complete setup and takedown of all five trade show booths. We supplied custom counters, in-house printed graphics, LED video walls, modular booth components, flooring, furniture, and lighting from our own inventory. Additionally, we installed all AV equipment, including two large LED video wall booths made from 1.5P quality, and handled all wire management for HDMI and Ethernet connections across the five trade show displays
The final result: all exhibitors were extremely satisfied with the quality, efficiency, and execution—and all have expressed interest in partnering with Müller Expo again for future events in Toronto.
Goals & Requirements
For PDAC, exhibitors required custom-built environments that would help them stand out on a highly competitive show floor while ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from planning through installation. Müller Expo was responsible for:
- Designing and fabricating five custom trade show booths, ranging from 10x20 to 10x40
- Managing all logistics, transportation, and show-floor coordination
- Supplying in-house graphics, custom structures, flooring, furniture, lighting, and reception counters
- Providing complete on-site labor for installation and dismantle
- Delivering a turnkey solution that allowed exhibitors to focus on networking and business development
- Ensuring all booths were completed on schedule despite tight timelines and complex show requirements
Challenges
PDAC is one of the largest and most demanding mining industry exhibitions in the world, requiring precise planning, coordination, and execution. Müller Expo successfully delivered five custom booths, each tailored to the exhibitor’s brand, objectives, and product messaging, incorporating:
- Branded graphic packages produced in-house
- Custom counters, modular wall systems, and architectural features
- Integrated lighting solutions to enhance visibility and engagement
- Open, inviting layouts designed to maximize attendee interaction
- Premium finishes and functional meeting spaces for client discussions
- Efficient logistics and installation coordination within strict move-in schedules
All booths were completed ahead of schedule, ensuring exhibitors were fully prepared before the show opened.
