Delivering a High-Impact 10X40 Exhibit with Integrated LED Wall for IMDEX

Overview
Müller Expo was approached by IMDEX, a global leader in mining technology and exploration services based in Australia, to design and build a high-end 10x40 trade show exhibit at PDAC 2025—the world’s premier event for the mineral exploration and mining industry, held at the Toronto Metro Convention Centre.
With a focus on visibility, innovation, and function, IMDEX required a custom-built space that could support one-on-one meetings, immersive content, and strong brand presence.
Goals & Requirements
Working directly with IMDEX’s global marketing team, Müller Expo was responsible for the full scope of execution, including:
- Exhibit design and fabrication
- Integration of a 60-tile LED video wall using 1.9P technology
- Construction of custom “X” meeting tables
- Seamless flooring, lighting, graphics, and branded counters
- Coordinating all show services, including electrical, rigging, and approvals
Shipping, installation, and dismantle
Challenges
PDAC is known for its strict regulations and logistical complexity due to the high volume of exhibitors, tight move-in schedules, and detailed submission requirements. IMDEX also required multiple custom-built components and AV integration, all to be executed internationally within a fixed timeframe.
Our Solution
Müller Expo designed and built the exhibit using a modular system with integrated 1.9P LED video tiles, achieving a seamless, polished appearance while allowing for faster installation.
Key features included:
- Custom “X” shaped meeting tables for private conversations
- Padded flooring for comfort across the 40-foot booth span
- Two-person meeting areas and built-in storage closets
- Central LED video wall to showcase real-time demos and brand content
