L&T Valves 20x20 Trade Show Booth
Partnering Locally to Deliver Trade Show Displays
Show: Valve World Americas 2026
Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Date: June 3-4, 2026
Scope: Custom exhibit design, fabrication, project management, and installation support
Overview
Müller Expo partnered with L&T Valves and their U.S.-based exhibit provider to deliver a custom 20x20 trade show booth for Valve World Americas 2026 in Calgary, Alberta.
With less than 10 days remaining before the event, the project required rapid design development, fabrication, and coordination between multiple teams to ensure the exhibit would be completed and installed on time. Working closely with both the booth builder and the client, Müller Expo helped transform the initial concept into a fully functional exhibit that met the client's branding, product display, and visitor engagement requirements.
Despite the compressed timeline, our team successfully designed, fabricated, and delivered key custom components that allowed L&T Valves to create a strong presence on the show floor.
Goals & Requirements
For Valve World Americas 2026, L&T Valves required a professional and highly functional exhibit space that would:
- Showcase valve products and technologies effectively
- Incorporate custom-built display cases sized specifically for their products
- Create an open and inviting layout for attendee engagement
- Provide branded customer interaction and meeting areas
- Deliver all custom elements within an extremely short production schedule
Müller Expo was responsible for:
- Collaborating with the U.S. exhibit builder and client team
- Developing the exhibit layout and design details
- Fabricating custom-sized product display cases
- Manufacturing a custom reception counter
- Producing key exhibit components on an accelerated timeline
- Coordinating logistics and installation requirements
- Ensuring all elements integrated seamlessly with the overall booth structure
Challenges
The primary challenge was the project's aggressive timeline. With fewer than 10 days before show opening, every aspect of the project required fast decision-making, efficient communication, and precise execution.
In addition to the compressed schedule, several custom elements—including specialized product display cases and a custom reception counter—had to be designed and fabricated specifically for the exhibit. Close collaboration between Müller Expo, the U.S. booth builder, and the L&T Valves team was essential to keep the project moving forward and ensure all components were completed on schedule.
Through detailed project management and rapid production capabilities, our team successfully delivered all required exhibit elements in time for installation.
