Overview
Müller Expo was selected as the local exhibit partner for the 2024 Canadian Diabetes Conference held at the Halifax Convention Centre. The event organizers prioritized sustainability and chose to work with a Nova Scotia-based exhibit supplier to reduce the carbon footprint typically associated with shipping trade show booths across the country.
Goals & Requirements
The conference required a flexible, local solution that allowed exhibitors to choose from standardized conference exhibit packages without compromising on quality or functionality. Müller Expo was tasked with:
Challenges
The project was awarded on short notice, leaving little time for production and coordination. However, with Müller Expo’s local production facility and extensive modular exhibit inventory, we were able to meet the timeline with precision.

- Use of sustainable, reconfigurable exhibit systems to align with the conference’s environmental goals
Execution
Müller Expo successfully designed and delivered:
- 33 fully constructed trade show exhibits
- A mix of standard 10x10 and 10x20 booths, along with a few custom 20x20 builds
- Clean, modern aesthetics with branded graphics tailored to each exhibitor
The installation was completed without issue, and all exhibitors were set up well before show opening. Both the organizers and individual exhibitors expressed high satisfaction with the process and final result.
