Overview
Müller Expo was contracted by a European exhibit house to bring their client's booth design to life at the 2025 Canadian Gaming Summit, hosted at the Toronto Metro Convention Centre. Known for its high-end clientele and competitive exhibit environment, the summit required nothing short of excellence in both design execution and on-site performance.
Our client provided final drawings and design confirmation just one month before show dates, with a bold and structurally ambitious 10X20 booth.
Goals & Requirements
The exhibit featured a range of custom and high-end design elements, including:
- 14-foot structural beams spanning the booth
- Custom framing and trim detailing around the perimeter
- A built-in coffee bar for hospitality
- 3D backlit logos and neon signage for branding
- A fully integrated 1.9P LED video wall rental to showcase their services
The project demanded precision carpentry, expert AV handling, and close coordination under a tight timeline.
Challenges
With only four weeks until move-in, the Müller Expo team had to fast-track:
- Custom millwork fabrication
- LED video wall sourcing and integration
- Coordination of electrical services and approvals
- On-site logistics for a multi-component custom build
The exhibit's scale and specialty lighting also required advanced rigging planning and pre-show testing.
Our Solution
Müller Expo executed the build using a hybrid approach:
- Custom wood fabrication was completed at our Toronto facility
- LED wall installation and testing were handled in-house using 1.9P high-resolution tiles
- Neon and backlit branding was pre-assembled and tested before shipment
- A team of experienced installers and a dedicated project manager ensured seamless setup and teardown
