Exhibitors can enjoy peace of mind knowing there will be no unexpected bills after their trade show that could disrupt their budget. At Müller Expo Services International, our sales orders and proposals are structured as final invoices, ensuring transparency from the outset. We provide a comprehensive assessment and invoice for the entire exhibit project, covering design, fabrication, union installation and dismantle (I&D), and round-trip freight.
Our invoices include all in-house printed graphics, including any dye-sublimation fabrics produced and sewn on-site. Additionally, all project flooring, furnishings, appliances, and audio-visual equipment are included. Sales tax will be applied based on the geographical location of installation or purchase pickup. Upon request, we can also incorporate contracted show services with a service charge.

If you’re tired of unexpected, budget-busting invoices arriving weeks after an event, Müller Expo’s all-inclusive invoice model offers upfront cost assurance, eliminating post-show billing surprises. Our pricing covers everything, including overtime for installation and dismantle (I&D) crews, with no additional charges for extra assistance. We determine our final price based on show move-in and move-out dates and times. Our dedicated team, familiar with the equipment, ensures we only install exhibits that we rent.
To effectively allocate marketing budgets, it’s essential to avoid hidden costs. Surprising invoices that exceed the project budget by 25% are all too common, often resulting from underestimated labor hours and I&D times, leading to a misleadingly low bottom line. Our Guaranteed Price Contract secures the final project cost for exhibitors, ensuring that the quoted price covers the entire job with no requests for additional funds.
Exhibitors must collaborate closely with their Müller Expo account executive and designer to ensure all specifications are accurate and complete. Exhibitors will provide the budget, selections, and timeline, while our designer will supply dimensions, schedules, cross-sections, elevations, and specification sheets.
The following exceptions may lead to price changes after the signed contract is received:
- Changes requested by the exhibitor after the contract has been signed
- Allowance amounts exceeding the specified limits per line item in the contract
- Changes in exhibit booth space dimensions, whether in square feet or square meters
Exhibitors must agree to the payment schedule without exceptions and ensure timely payments. Late payments will incur a penalty fee.
