Overview
Müller Expo was contracted by four exhibitors to design and build custom booths for the IDLS event held in Victoria, BC from November 10–13, 2025. Each exhibitor required a fully custom 20x20 trade show booth representing leading companies in the aerospace and defence sector. Our scope included full design, fabrication, shipping, on-site installation, and dismantle services.
Our team of six technicians managed the complete setup and takedown of all four exhibits. We supplied custom counters, in-house printed graphics, modular booth components, flooring, furniture, and lighting from our own inventory. Additionally, we installed all AV equipment, including more than 35 monitors, and handled all wire management for HDMI and Ethernet connections across the four booths.
The final result: all exhibitors were extremely satisfied with the quality, efficiency, and execution—and all have expressed interest in partnering with Müller Expo again for future events.
Goals & Requirements
For the IDLS 2025 exhibition, each aerospace and defence exhibitor required a reliable, turnkey solution that delivered consistent quality across four custom 20x20 spaces. Müller Expo was responsible for:
- Designing and fabricating four custom 20x20 booths
- Shipping all booth components from our facility to Victoria
- Supplying in-house graphics, modular structures, flooring, furniture, lighting, and counters
- Installing more than 35 monitors with full wire management
- Providing complete on-site labor for installation and dismantle
- Ensuring a seamless exhibitor experience despite tight timelines
Challenges
Müller Expo successfully delivered all four custom 20x20 trade show booths, each incorporating:
- Branded graphic packages printed in-house
- Custom counters, modular walls, and integrated lighting
- Overhead and embedded monitor installations
- Clean, modern layouts designed to highlight aerospace and defence technologies
- Full AV deployment including HDMI/Ethernet cable routing and laptop connections
All booths were completed ahead of schedule, and exhibitors were show-ready well before opening day.
