Overview
Müller Expo was selected by a long-standing European partner to manage the full execution of six custom trade show booths at the SBC Summit North America in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. As one of the premier global events in the gaming and sports betting industry, SBC hosts shows across Brazil, the UK, Malta, and now North America—bringing together top-tier exhibitors and sponsors.
Our client, a leading European custom exhibit house, has a strong presence at SBC events worldwide and entrusted Müller Expo with the full delivery of their North American builds.

Challenges
The most pressing challenge was timing—we were approached just six weeks before the show to complete the entire scope of work. Several booths required custom-built counters, beams, and architectural elements, and production had to start immediately.
Additionally, the request to integrate an LED video wall rental came only seven days before installation, which required rapid engineering, sourcing, and onsite coordination.
Our Solution
To meet the aggressive timeline without compromising quality, Müller Expo utilized a hybrid approach:
- Custom millwork components were paired with modular aluminum framing systems for speed and flexibility
- Our in-house print production handled high-resolution graphics with zero delays
We deployed a seasoned team of 8 local installers and 3 dedicated project managers onsite at the Broward County Convention Center to oversee the 3-day setup window
